This page documents how Yachting Advisors collects express written consent from its business clients before sending SMS/text messages, and the information each client receives at the time of opt-in.

The following is a visual representation of the SMS consent block as it appears inside the client onboarding intake form. Every client must actively check the box and enter a mobile number to enroll in SMS; the field is not pre-checked and is not required to use other Yachting Advisors services.
